AutoVinify provides digital VIN reports, which are considered non-tangible and non-returnable. However, we understand that issues may arise and offer a limited return and refund policy under the following conditions:

Full Refund: If the report contains technical errors, contact our support team within one (1) day of purchase for a free exchange.
Partial Refund: For claims submitted between two (2) to four (4) days after purchase, a 50% fee will be deducted from the refund. For claims submitted between five (5) to seven (7) days after purchase, a 70% fee will be applied. No refunds will be issued for claims submitted beyond seven (7) days from the purchase date.
Once a claim is submitted, we will review it. If it aligns with our policies, we will process the claim accordingly

Incomplete reports (vehicle information may vary)
Untimely reports (delays in report generation or delivery)
Failure to contact support within the specified timeframe.
